As an ERP System Analyst at Sea Limited, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our ERP systems, including SAP and Oracle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our systems are aligned with business needs and that financial processes are streamlined and efficient. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Maintain and optimize SAP and Oracle ERP systems to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Support the accounting and finance teams in three core business units with system-related queries and issues.
• Develop and implement system improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Conduct regular system audits and provide recommendations for system enhancements.
• Train and support end-users on the use of ERP systems.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of ERP systems across the organization.
• Monitor system performance and resolve any issues promptly.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in ERP technology and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in ERP systems, preferably with SAP and Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in ERP systems (e.g., SAP FI/CO, Oracle Financials) is a plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
