📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors HRIS.
- Collaborate with HR teams to streamline HR processes and workflows.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS.
- Provide training and support to HR staff on the use of HRIS.
- Stay updated with the latest HR technology trends and best practices.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement HR technology solutions.
- Monitor system performance and resolve any issues promptly.
- Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures aligned with best practices.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR systems or HR technology roles.
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors or a similar HRIS is a plus.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
