• Lead a team of IT professionals to develop and implement IT strategies that align with business goals.
• Oversee and optimize the IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations and robust security.
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a proven track record of success.
• Certifications in IT management, such as PMP, ITIL, or CISM, are a plus.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficient in using IT management tools and software, such as Jira, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices, such as COBIT and ISO/IEC 27001.
