📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential students.
• Manage the admissions process, from initial inquiries to final enrollment.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure a seamless student experience.
• Utilize tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Mailchimp for marketing campaigns.
• Create and distribute promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media posts.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective students and their families.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and admissions metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or admissions coordination.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of educational institutions and the admissions process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with local education regulations and requirements in Kalimantan Timur.
