PT Sentosa Pratama is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance.

As a Senior Learning Development Specialist, you will work closely with our HR team and various departments to understand their training needs and deliver effective learning solutions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and develop training programs that align with organizational goals and employee development needs.
  • Create engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and coaching sessions.
  • Conduct needs assessments and analyze training effectiveness to continuously improve learning programs.
  • Facilitate training sessions and provide coaching and mentoring to employees.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure training programs meet organizational requirements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate learning technologies and tools to enhance the learning experience.
  • Provide reports and recommendations on training program effectiveness and ROI.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful learning programs.
  • Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian.
