📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support.,Conduct regular audits of financial records to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.,Prepare and analyze financial reports for management and stakeholders.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.,Provide training and development opportunities for the accounting team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
