📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to stay up-to-date with market trends and competition.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development or related roles.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and revenue growth.
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends, market analysis, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
