📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job advertising, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance appraisals.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks, such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including data analysis, report preparation, and other HR-related tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
