This role is crucial in ensuring our banquet events are executed flawlessly, providing exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events from conception to completion.,Coordinate with vendors, caterers, and other service providers to ensure smooth event execution.,Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, ensuring they are in optimal condition.,Manage the banquet staff, assigning tasks and ensuring high standards of service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the event.,Prepare detailed event reports and follow-up with clients post-event.,Maintain accurate records of banquet operations and expenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet event management.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using event management software.,Knowledge of local regulations and standards for event planning.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and customs.
