FORZA Abadi is looking for a Lead Inventory Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our inventory processes to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management and a passion for continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all inventory activities including receiving, storing, and distributing inventory.,Develop and implement inventory control systems and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate inventory information.,Analyze inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Train and mentor junior staff on inventory management best practices.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and software.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
