📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficient and safe food preparation.,Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.,Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they meet performance standards.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare and present daily specials and menu items.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.,Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a kitchen environment.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Valid food handler's certificate or equivalent.
