📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the preparation and cooking of food items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
  • Lead and train a team of cooks to ensure high-quality food production.
  • Monitor food inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts within the kitchen team.
  • Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in the food service industry.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications.
