📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the clinic's sales and marketing efforts.,Handle cashier duties, including processing payments and maintaining accurate financial records.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.,Manage inventory and ensure that the clinic is well-stocked.,Coordinate with the dental team to ensure smooth operations.,Assist in training and developing new staff members.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.,Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Experience in a cashier or financial role is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.,Familiarity with dental clinic operations is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
