As the Operational Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our business, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the café, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and service.,Manage and supervise a team of staff, providing training and support as needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of resources.,Monitor sales and performance, and implement strategies to improve profitability.,Handle customer complaints and feedback, ensuring a positive customer experience.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Plan and organize events and promotions to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
