📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficient and effective workflow.,Monitor production schedules and ensure that targets are met or exceeded.,Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards and identify areas for improvement.,Lead and motivate production teams to achieve optimal performance.,Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.,Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the production area.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Familiarity with quality management systems and standards.,Experience with production software and tools is a plus.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.
