Hotel Budi Geprek is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This is an immediate opportunity to be part of a growing hospitality company in Sukabumi. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can help us find the best talent to support our hotel's operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-notch candidates for various positions within the hotel. You will work closely with the HR team and department heads to understand their needs and ensure that we attract and retain the best talent.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various positions within the hotel.
  • Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability.
  • Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Collaborating with department heads to understand their staffing needs.
  • Maintaining a strong candidate database and tracking recruitment metrics.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall recruitment strategy.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
  • Previous experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
