📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.,Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Stay updated on best practices in recruitment and continuously improve recruitment processes.,Handle the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
