📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws
• Conduct audits and reviews of financial records
• Provide training and guidance to junior accountants
• Stay updated with the latest accounting trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or CMA) is a plus
• Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
