📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage a team of aestheticians, providing training and support to ensure high standards of service.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
• Monitor and analyze clinic performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Ensure the clinic is stocked with the necessary products and supplies.
• Handle client inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the skin care industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing beauty clinics or similar roles.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of skin care treatments and products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Certification in beauty therapy or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to travel for business purposes.
