📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation.,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and other technical resources.,Edit and proofread documents to ensure clarity and accuracy.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the creation of training materials and tutorials.,Provide technical support to customers through documentation and other resources.,Participate in product launches and marketing campaigns to promote our products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
