Branch Collection & Remedial Head

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the collection of overdue loans and implement effective recovery strategies to minimize financial losses
• Manage and mentor a team of collection officers to ensure high performance and productivity
• Conduct regular reviews of the branch's collection performance and provide actionable insights to management
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the collection process, including the use of data analytics and technology
• Collaborate with the branch management team and regional managers to align collection efforts with the company's overall goals
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and industry best practices
• Provide exceptional customer service to borrowers and address their concerns and needs
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial recovery and operational excellence

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial recovery, collections, or a similar role in the banking or financial services industry
• Proven track record of achieving collection targets and minimizing financial losses
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Understanding of data analytics and technology tools used in financial recovery
• Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and industry best practices
