In this role, you will handle all aspects of guest services, from check-in and check-out to managing guest requests and ensuring the villa is impeccably clean and well-stocked. You will work closely with the property manager and other staff to maintain the highest standards of service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain the villa’s cleanliness and presentation, ensuring it meets luxury standards.
• Stock and manage amenities such as toiletries, linens, and other guest supplies.
• Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly, providing excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other service providers to ensure the villa is well-maintained.
• Assist with event planning and coordination if required.
• Uphold the property’s policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or a related field, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Familiarity with luxury property management systems and tools such as Airbnb Host, VRBO, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid work permit for Bali, Indonesia.
