MS PCB TECHNOLOGIES SDN BHD is seeking a highly skilled Production Planner to join our team in Canggu, Bali. As a Production Planner, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the production processes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of PCB manufacturing projects. This role offers a competitive salary package ranging from IDR 8,000,000 to IDR 12,000,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain production schedules and plans to meet customer requirements and deadlines.,Coordinate with sales, engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth production flow.,Monitor production progress and identify potential bottlenecks or delays.,Optimize production resources and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.,Conduct regular production meetings and provide updates to management.,Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.,Implement and monitor production performance metrics and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning and scheduling in the PCB manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes and technologies.,Proficient in using production planning software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.
