📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the delivery of projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on project status to stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve project issues, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
• Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project to manage projects efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management, applying this knowledge to improve project delivery processes.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards, such as PRINCE2 or PMP.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on software development projects.
• Certification in project management methodologies, such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile certifications.
• Strong understanding of project management tools and technologies, including Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and budget constraints.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
