📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with a strong track record in operational excellence.
• Certification in Property Management (CPM) or equivalent is a plus.
• Proficient in using property management software such as Yardi, BuildingIQ, or similar.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of local regulations and laws governing property management in Cikarang Selatan, Jawa Barat.
